We are looking for talents who are eager to learn, team player, digitally-savvy, and who can flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. If this describes you, and you are looking to join a business where you can really add value, it’s time to consider joining NBS Main Purpose of the Job:-To ensure accurate and timely preparation, review, and submission of Direct & Indirect Tax returns, reconciliations, and statutory reports for in‑scope markets, while supervising the Tax Support team to maintain compliance, quality, and adherence to statutory & market deadlines.Key Responsibilities: List the main results which the job must deliver in order to achieve its purpose.

• Tax Compliance & Reporting
  
  

Ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of: GST Returns (GSTR‑1, 3B, 6, ITC‑04, 9, 9C), Direct Tax filings (26Q, 27Q, 27EQ, 26QB, 195LC)

Review ITC reconciliation and manage risk items; ensure collaboration with S2P, Customer Claims, and relevant stakeholders.

Ensure correct booking, clearing, and GL reconciliation across tax‑related accounts.

• People Management
  
  

Supervise Tax Support Specialists & Senior Specialists; allocate work, track progress, ensure SLA adherence.

Provide on‑the‑job support, issue resolution guidance, and quality checks.

• Stakeholder Management
  
  

Collaborate with Tax Managers, Chief Accountants, and HO teams on assessments, audits, reconciliations, litigations & clarifications.

Represent Tax function in R2R forums, OMP discussions, audit sessions, and cross‑functional review meetings.

• Controls, Compliance & Risk Management
  
  

Ensure adherence to Nestlé internal controls & statutory guidelines.

Monitor risk exposure across Direct & Indirect Tax (e.g., ITC at risk, potential demand closures).

• Continuous Improvement
  
  

Identify process gaps, improve return accuracy, streamline reconciliations, and strengthen data validation checks.

Support digital initiatives and functional transformation projects.Key Experience/ Education/Skillset:Experience in Tax (8-10 years). Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, tax accounting & compliance.

Expertise in SAP modules related to tax.

Understanding of statutory audit and internal controls.
