    • Build and maintain data models, Excel analyses, benchmarks, trend assessments, and scenario models
    • Conduct research on market trends, internal performance, peer benchmarks, and best practices
    • Translate analysis into clear, structured summaries and insights to support recommendations

  • Cost Reduction & Productivity Programs
    • Support data collection, cost driver analysis, benchmarking, and benefit-tracking for productivity and simplification programs
    • Prepare working files, tracking templates, and dashboards for leadership use
    • Monitor progress against targets and highlight risks or variances

  • Governance & Stakeholder Support
    • Prepare draft materials for governance forums, leadership discussions, and cross-functional working groups
    • Maintain documentation, trackers, and repositories for project assets
    • Support Senior members in coordinating with Global Strategy, Finance, Talent, Technology, and other teams

    • Provide PMO support for priority initiatives — charters, plans, milestones, risk/issue tracking, status reporting
    • Work closely with Global Strategy, Finance, Talent, Technology, and other functions on cross-firm projects
    • Build clear, leadership-ready materials (presentations, dashboards, analysis packs) with a strong narrative
Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders, functions and geographies with professionalism and maturity
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, senior-ready presentations
  • High attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to operate with limited direction
