Stashfin - DevOps Engineer - CI CD Pipeline

About The Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and scale the infrastructure that powers our financial products. You will work closely with engineering, security, and product teams to ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and highly available. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys automating everything and cares deeply about uptime, performance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable deployments.
• Manage and scale cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), including compute, networking, and storage.
• Build and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / CloudFormation / Ansible.
• Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Ensure system security, compliance, and adherence to fintech data-protection standards.
• Automate operational tasks and reduce manual intervention through scripting.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive reliability improvements.
• Optimize cloud costs and infrastructure performance.
• Support disaster recovery, backup, and incident-response processes.
  
  

• 36 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
• Solid experience building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go).
• Good understanding of networking, Linux administration, and security best practices.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Familiarity with database operations (SQL/NoSQL) and caching systems.
  
  

• Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated / high-security environments.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Knowledge of service mesh, secrets management (Vault), and API gateways.
• Experience with GitOps practices.
