As we continue to expand our footprint in India, we are seeking an experienced Techno-Commercial Sales Manager to lead flowsheet-based and equipment solution selling across key mining segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver customized beneficiation and mineral processing flowsheet solutions for base metals, iron ore, and industrial minerals.
Promote and position a comprehensive range of mineral processing equipment, including crushing, grinding, flotation, magnetic separation, and dewatering technologies.
Collaborate closely with process, engineering, and product development teams to create technically robust and commercially competitive proposals.
Lead customer engagements, process audits, and techno-commercial discussions with mining companies, EPC/EPCM partners, and industry stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for plant optimization, modernization, and debottlenecking through detailed process and performance evaluations.
Provide technical and process expertise during feasibility studies and early-stage project development phases.
Support strategic sales planning and key account development initiatives across the Indian mining market.
Stay informed on emerging technologies, market dynamics, and industry trends to sustain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgical, Chemical, or related Engineering disciplines.
10–15+ years of relevant experience in beneficiation, flowsheet development, and techno-commercial sales within the mining equipment or process solutions sector.
Strong expertise in crushers, mills, flotation, magnetic separation, and related mineral processing technologies.
Proven ability to conceptualize and sell process solutions based on flowsheet design and plant performance improvement.
Exposure to beneficiation is essential; familiarity with hydrometallurgy or smelting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills, with well-established relationships across the Indian mining industry.
Demonstrated capability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused value propositions.
Willingness to travel extensively within India to engage with customers and support key account initiatives.
