About the role

•Collect, process, and analyze large-scale data to monitor network performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.

•Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs related to network and business performance.

•Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and service improvement.

•Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for performance forecasting and prediction.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, including data pipelines and models.

•Maintain a good understanding of telecom OSS/BSS architecture, KPIs, and industry best practices.

•Participate actively in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and iterative development.

•Stay updated on telecom industry trends, emerging AI/ML techniques, and Agile best practices to support continuous improvement.

About you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

•Proven experience in data analysis, performance analysis, and business analysis within telecom or related industries.

•Strong understanding of OSS/BSS systems, network KPIs, and telecom operations.

•Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).

•Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT processes and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and data pipeline development.

•Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark/Fabric/Splunk) is a plus.

•Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
