Sr Business Analyst - Solution

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Lead requirement gathering, clarification, and solution workshops to define implementable business and functional requirements.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, dependencies, business rules, and define future-state solutions.
• Assess customer requirements against product capabilities and recommend optimal solution approaches.
• Evaluate out-of-the-box functionality, configuration options, and customization needs while promoting product-led solutions.
• Define end-to-end functional designs, system interactions, integration touchpoints, and solution workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, and Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
• Contribute to API, web service, integration, data flow, and system interaction discussions.
• Own and maintain solution documentation, requirements traceability, business rules, assumptions, and functional specifications.
• Support estimation, planning, development, testing, and deployment activities through timely analysis and clarifications.
• Lead solution presentations and recommendations with business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, assumptions, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive alignment across teams and facilitate resolution of conflicting requirements and priorities.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned solution areas from requirement definition through delivery readiness.
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis and solution delivery practices.
  
  

• Strong business analysis, solution consulting, and functional design capabilities.
• Expertise in enterprise product implementation, solution delivery, and customer-facing consulting engagements.
• Strong understanding of product fitment, including out-of-the-box capabilities, configuration, and customization approaches.
• Proven ability to lead complex customer discussions, workshops, and solution evaluations independently.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and solution design skills.
• Functional understanding of application architecture, APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience defining system interactions, process flows, integration requirements, and high-level solution architectures.
• Strong documentation capabilities covering requirements, business rules, solution designs, assumptions, and traceability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong understanding of delivery planning, scope management, risk assessment, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, and Delivery teams.
  
  

• Experience evaluating multiple solution alternatives and articulating business and technical trade-offs.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation and product modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes and enterprise system landscapes.

• Experience supporting estimation, release planning, and delivery governance activities.
• Exposure to complex integration ecosystems involving multiple applications and platforms.
