About the role
As a Fullstack Developer - React, Java/Kotlin, you will build responsive, scalable, and high-performing web applications in a frontend-focused role using React.js and TypeScript, with Java/Kotlin integration. We will count on you to work independently with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into clean, reusable, well-tested code and reliable technical solutions. Along the way, you will get to:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js with TypeScript
- Able to understand and work on JAVA/Kotlin with spring boot based web applications. Knowledge on APIs, JSON is required.
- This is frontend heavy role with working experience in JAVA/Kotlin web development
- Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.).
- Collaborate directly with clients/stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and working code
- Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and testable code following best practices
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Work independently with minimal supervision while managing priorities and deadlines
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application lifecycle
- Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs/backend services
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements
What we’re looking for
4-8 years of professional development experience with strong hands-on React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 expertise.
Hands-on experience with Java/Kotlin, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and relational or NoSQL databases.
Experience with state management, modern build tools, unit testing, Git, CI/CD pipelines, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, client communication, ownership, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
