• Develop REST/SOAP integrations and ensure data synchronization
  
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  
• Manage project delivery and technical teams
  
• Support pre-sales activities, estimations and technical solutioning
  
• Work on Service Portal page design and widget configurations
  
• Support ServiceNow version and patch upgrades
  
• Configure Knowledge Base and Knowledge Articles
  
• Ensure security, governance and compliance requirements are met
