Job Description

The SEO Executive is a pivotal role in enhancing the online visibility and organic growth of a company’s digital presence. This professional is responsible for driving traffic through effective search engine optimization strategies, ensuring that the company’s website ranks highly on search engine results pages (SERPs). The role involves a mix of technical, creative, and strategic skills to optimize web pages, conduct keyword research, and understand current SEO best practices. The SEO Executive collaborates with various teams, such as marketing and content, to align SEO strategies with business goals. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO, analytic abilities to track performance, and the capacity to adapt to ever-changing algorithms and trends.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research to identify trends and opportunities for content optimization.
  • Optimize website content, including meta titles, descriptions, and headers, for search engines.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using various analytics tools and platforms.
  • Perform regular SEO audits and implement technical SEO improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance off-page SEO performance.
  • Keep up-to-date with changing algorithm updates and SEO trends across search engines.
  • Coordinate with web developers to ensure SEO considerations are integrated into website updates.
  • Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies to uncover new link-building and content opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on SEO strategy performance to management.
  • Stay informed about the latest tools and technologies in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Assist in the creation of pillar pages and content clusters for targeted keywords.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in search engine optimization roles.
  • Proven knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO tactics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail for comprehensive data analysis.
