About The Role

We are looking for an exceptional Senior UX Designer to drive end-to-end user experience for our core enterprise platform. In this role, you will tackle high-complexity workflows, untangle dense data environments, and translate complex business domains into clear, effortless user experiences.

You are a deep domain thinker - someone who excels at information architecture, interaction mechanics, and system-level UX rather than just surface-level interface polish.

What You’ll Do

• Drive End-to-End UX Architecture: Own the full user experience lifecycle - from discovery, domain modeling, and user flows to wireframing, high-fidelity interaction design, and engineering delivery.
• Master Enterprise Complexity: Craft intuitive workflows for data-dense, multi-role B2B/SaaS systems without compromising on speed or clarity.
• Lead Accessibility & Standards: Infuse WCAG standards and inclusive design practices natively into every stage of the design process.
• Scale Design Systems: Contribute to and expand our enterprise component libraries and interaction standards for consistency across applications.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Product, Engineering, and domain experts to align design strategy with product vision and technical feasibility.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5-8+ Years in Complex Digital Products: Demonstrated track record leading UX strategy and execution for enterprise-grade, data-dense, or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Systems & Architectural Thinking: Deep expertise in information architecture, complex mental models, interaction mechanics, and edge-case mapping.
• Design Systems & Scalability: Deep understanding of component architecture, tokens, and multi-platform design principles.
• Innate Accessibility Knowledge: Fluent in WCAG guidelines and designing for diverse usability needs as a core design principle.
• High-Impact Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale to executive stakeholders and technical teams.
• Prototyping & Tools: High proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, etc.) and interactive prototyping to validate complex concepts before development.
  
  

Great to Have

• Research & Usability Practices: Experience structuring evaluative usability studies or collaborating effectively with dedicated UXR teams.
• Technical Intuition: Solid grasp of web/mobile technology constraints, DOM behavior, and front-end layout logic.
• Mentorship: Experience mentoring team members and raising the overall UX maturity across product squads.
  
  

Portfolio Requirement

To apply, please provide a portfolio featuring at least two comprehensive end-to-end case studies. We want to see how you think: your problem framing, system mapping, iteration process, interaction details, and final outcomes for complex product challenges.
