Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between technology, product, and sales. You'll work closely with prospective and existing merchants to understand their technical requirements, demonstrate GoKwik's platform capabilities, drive seamless integrations, and ensure successful product implementations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Own

• Partner with the Sales team during the pre-sales process to support merchant acquisition.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical capabilities to prospective customers.
• Handle technical objections and provide solution-oriented recommendations.
• Gather business and technical requirements and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Work closely with merchants and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and go-live.
• Support API and platform integrations across merchant ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve technical challenges during implementation.
• Manage multiple implementation projects while ensuring timely delivery and a smooth onboarding experience.
  
  

Who You Are

• 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Technical Support.
• Hands-on experience implementing solutions for eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• 2+ years of experience working with APIs, SDK integrations, or web-based implementations.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and related tracking technologies.
• Experience working with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Exposure to iOS or Android application support is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize work based on business needs.
