Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our business development team with previous software solution sales and/or business development experience. As a Solution Specialist within our sales team, your main role will be to identify, win and retain clients in India with a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, you will confidently manage the full corporate sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

  • Understand QArt’s platform, modules, and retail-tech use cases.
  • Identify prospective clients and map new business opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging product demos, solution walkthroughs & presentations.
  • Diagnose client challenges in VM, retail execution, audits & store operations.
  • Design customized solutions aligned to client workflows.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closure.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, reporting, and client communication.
  • Build long-term relationships and ensure a superior client experience.

We’re looking for a Senior Solution Specialist who can lead end-to-end client consulting, demos,

and solution selling for QArt. You will be the face of the product—understanding client needs,

crafting tech-driven solutions, and driving conversions.

Who Were Looking For

  • 4+ years in B2B sales / solution consulting / SaaS sales.
  • Experience in retail-tech, CRM/SaaS, or enterprise solutions is preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management & consultative selling skills.
  • Proven record of meeting targets and managing enterprise sales cycles.
  • High ownership, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Willing to travel
