Department Description

The Human Resource team is a small but growing team who are supporting Allica Bank and its employees to reach their goals. We’re a hands-on team and there is great opportunity to develop your career whilst you help build one of the UK’s newest banks. Role Description

The role of Senior Recruiter at Allica Bank will be responsible for leading recruitment campaigns across the business. The role will play a key part in ensuring that Allica Bank has the resources it requires to meet its growth agenda and ensuring that all candidates who are interacting with Allica Bank have a best-in-class candidate experience. The person will work with the Recruitment team, India head and Stakeholders to implement Allica’s recruitment strategy utilising methods to attract candidates, screen applicants, headhunt, arrange interviews and support candidates through to being onboarded as colleagues.

Principal Accountabilities 

• Hire great people at pace 
• Build great relationships across the bank and support with the relevant business areas to assess their recruitment needs and manage campaigns to meet these needs
• Manage Allica Bank’s recruitment channels through agencies, direct and social media
• Manage Allica Banks End to End recruitment process  I
• nterview and screen prospective candidates to provide the business with high quality and diverse candidates 
• Role model and promote Allica culture and values 
• Develop and produce recruitment MI to support the refinement of Allica’s process and to drive improved outcomes for candidates and Allica
  
  

Personal Attributes & Experience 

• Overall experience of 8-10 years with Previous Banking/FS recruitment experience in managing the full recruitment cycle and the delivery of recruitment services, ideally from an in-house environment or an RPO or recruitment agency 
• Proven experience of implementing recruitment strategies across organisations
• Experience in working with 3rd party suppliers such as media and agencies and Linkedin 
• Experience using Direct sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, talent pooling, Executive Search and working with relevant job boards) 
• Commercial understanding of the business and how recruitment can support the requirements of stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills, to manage multiple recruitment campaigns, demands and tight deadlines 
• Ability to plan ahead to provide proactive Recruitment support to the business  Pragmatic, diplomatic, and a good team player
• Strong interpersonal skills, working effectively at all levels of the organisation
