HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology as well as transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Proven track record in general consulting practices, ensuring high-quality deliverables in project management. Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage timelines effectively while adhering to safety standards. Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices, particularly related to DuPont Safety methodologies. Capability to engage stakeholders in assessing risks and implementing safety measures throughout project lifecycles. Experience in developing and maintaining project documentation that aligns with industry safety standards.

• Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
  
  

Experience

• 15 Years in Machine line safety
