Senior Power Apps Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Automate Desktop Developer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Automate Desktop, a solid understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles, and hands-on experience in Agile delivery environments. Familiarity with other RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end RPA development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ensure automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to sprint deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in Power Automate Desktop.
• Strong understanding of RPA frameworks, process design, and automation best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., VBScript, JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
• Familiarity with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a nice to have.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or RPA.
• Experience integrating RPA with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and APIs.
  
  

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
