Senior Manager - Innov Commercialization

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Commercialization Senior Supervisor to lead the implementation and embedding of innovation performance governance processes across India and MENAPAK and South Africa Foods, and supporting International Beverages. This role will be instrumental in executing, embedding, and optimizing global frameworks—particularly the Innovation Vision of Success to drive Innovation performance. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, a deep understanding of innovation performance drivers, and the ability to turn data into insights that drive business action.

Responsibilities

Innovation Performance Execution & Reporting

• Execute and embed the global Innovation Vision of Success framework across MENAPAK & SA Foods and International Beverages, aligning with central design.
• Report and analyze innovation performance across markets; proactively identify gaps, issues, and opportunities.
• Deliver clear, action-oriented insights to BU and cross-functional teams to drive innovation impact.
  
  

• Serve as the prime mover for innovation performance reporting, diagnostics and governance for MENAPAK & SA and supporting International Beverages
• Support Innovation Governance Reviews by providing performance analytics and coordination.
• Help integrate metrics into strategic and operational routines at BU and Sector levels.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of Monthly and Quarterly Innovation Performance Scorecards and conduct reviews with key stakeholders to develop performance narrative, diagnostics and do-differents
  
  

• Support Commercialization Market Capability team to improve innovation data infrastructure, quality, and system usability. Flag data quality issues and contribute to issue resolution and continuous improvement sessions.
  
  

• Support rollout of training and capability-building initiatives related to Innovation Vision of Success and Hopper where needed
• Reinforce adoption of performance frameworks through consistent communication and reinforcement.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field); Master’s preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, commercialization, business analytics. Advanced proficiency in Excel required
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills; familiarity with innovation and PEP Innovation processes and tools (e.g., Hopper, Stage Gate) a plus
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Commercialization, Marketing, Finance a plus
• Skilled in using and interpreting business intelligence tools and dashboards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, independent, and proactive, with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
