Senior Manager - Full Stack Developer

About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager - Senior Full Stack to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong full-stack development expertise, architecture experience, application security knowledge, and exposure to AI-driven engineering practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development & Architecture

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications.

Drive architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making.

Build scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

Leadership & Collaboration

Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Security, and Data teams.

Conduct code reviews and mentor engineering teams.

Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

Security & Quality

Implement secure coding standards and DevSecOps practices.

Address OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and API security concerns.

Ensure high levels of application reliability, scalability, and compliance.

AI & Innovation

Evaluate and integrate AI-powered capabilities into products.

Leverage AI tools to improve developer productivity and automation.

Promote responsible AI governance and implementation.

Required Skills
