HUKSA is Infollion's L&D business, focused on deep-domain, expert-led learning for corporations. We work with industry practitioners and functional experts to design and deliver customized learning programs across sectors and functions.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Business Operations to take ownership of HUKSA's day-to-day operating engine.

You will work closely with the founder and ensure that Sales, Expert Engagement, Learning Design & Delivery and other functions work together smoothly and efficiently.

The Objective Is Simple

As HUKSA grows, we need a strong operator to own the day-to-day execution and help build the operating backbone for the next stage of the business.

What You'll Do

• Own Day-to-Day Business Operations
• Drive the daily/weekly operating rhythm across teams.
• Ensure projects, tasks and commitments move as planned.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve operational issues and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Act as the first point of escalation for routine operational matters.
• Build Process & Operational Discipline
• Establish and improve SOPs, workflows and internal processes.
• Improve turnaround times and reduce errors, rework and manual effort.
• Identify opportunities for automation and better use of technology.
• Ensure teams follow agreed processes and operating standards.
• Drive Cross-functional Execution
• Ensure smooth handoffs across Sales → Expert Engagement → Learning Design → Delivery.
• Ensure teams have the information and resources required to execute.
• Track key business/project metrics and flag issues requiring attention.
• Bring problems with possible solutions, not just problems.
• Support the Founder in Scaling the Business
• Take ownership of routine operational decisions within agreed boundaries.
• Provide visibility on business performance, operational issues and priorities.
• Help translate strategic initiatives into execution.
• Free up the founder to focus on new markets, products, partnerships and growth.
  
  

• 8–12 years of experience in business operations, consulting, B2B services, L&D, research, expert networks or a similar environment.
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who is comfortable doing the work, not just delegating it.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational discipline.
• Comfortable with CRMs, dashboards, spreadsheets and business systems.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a growing business.
