Role Overview

Implementation team is responsible for onboarding customers and ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of the platform. The team works closely with customers to understand their digital engagement and webinar program goals and translate them into scalable solutions.

As an Implementation Manager, you will lead end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing customers. This role combines project management, platform configuration, and consultative guidance to ensure customers successfully deploy and derive value from the platform.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kick-off through successful platform deployment.
  • Serve as the primary implementation contact for customers and manage multiple concurrent client engagements.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements and translate customer goals into platform solutions.
  • Configure and deploy solutions including webinar setup, branding, engagement features, and reporting.
  • Provide consultative guidance and best practices to help customers optimize their webinar and digital engagement programs.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions, product training, and demonstrations to enable customer adoption.
  • Maintain project timelines, track risks and dependencies, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
  • Document project details, customer communications, and implementation progress in internal systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, documentation, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-7 years of experience in implementation, professional services, customer onboarding, or project management roles within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with webinar platforms, marketing technology, or event technology solutions preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
