About The Role
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) & L&D professional to partner with business leaders and drive people initiatives across performance, talent, engagement, employee development and learning.
The role will combine strategic HR partnering with hands-on L&D, with a strong focus on building scalable people practices, strengthening leadership capability and creating a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Business Partnering
Partner with business leaders and functional heads on workforce planning, people challenges and HR strategy.
Act as a trusted HR advisor and provide data-driven insights on engagement, performance, retention and workforce trends.
Support organisational change, restructuring and people initiatives.
Performance & Talent Management
Drive the performance management cycle, goal setting, reviews and calibration.
Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning and career development.
Build initiatives to improve employee productivity and performance.
Learning & Development
Own the organisation-wide L&D strategy and annual learning roadmap.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design leadership, managerial, functional and behavioural programs.
Build structured learning journeys and manager development programs.
Manage external training partners and internal learning initiatives.
Measure training effectiveness and business impact.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive engagement initiatives based on employee feedback and business needs.
Partner with leadership to strengthen culture, employee experience, recognition and retention.
Identify engagement risks and recommend interventions.
HR Operations & Analytics
Oversee key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, promotions, internal movement, performance and exits.
Track HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, performance, mobility and L&D effectiveness.
Build HR dashboards and provide actionable people insights to leadership.
What We're Looking For
8–10 years of HR experience with strong exposure to HRBP and L&D.
Experience partnering with business leaders and senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of performance, talent management, employee engagement and organisational development.
Hands-on experience in designing and delivering L&D programs and conducting TNA.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to connect people initiatives with business outcomes.
Experience with HR analytics, dashboards and HR technology is an advantage.
