As a Senior Front Desk Executive, you will lead the day-to-day front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for employees, clients, candidates, and visitors. You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless workplace experience by overseeing reception operations, coordinating administrative activities, and partnering with HR, Administration, and Facilities teams to ensure efficient office management. Your professionalism and leadership will help create a welcoming, organized, and high-performing workplace environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage front desk operations, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience for all visitors and employees.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, candidates, and vendors while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
• Oversee visitor management, meeting room scheduling, and reception activities, ensuring compliance with security and workplace protocols.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, couriers, and correspondence while ensuring timely communication and coordination across teams.
• Partner with HR, Administration, and Facilities teams to support onboarding, interviews, employee engagement activities, and office events.
• Coordinate office administration activities, including vendor interactions, facility requests, office supplies, and pantry management.
• Maintain office records, documentation, invoices, and administrative reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Identify opportunities to improve front office processes, workplace experience, and administrative efficiency.
• Support leadership and business teams with administrative coordination as required.
• Ensure reception and common office areas consistently reflect Sirion's professional standards and workplace culture.
  
  

Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table

• 4–6 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Administration, Workplace Services, or Office Management.
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience independently managing front office operations in a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with senior leadership, employees, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office productivity tools.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
