Senior Executive - Quality Compliance Analyst

International Rate Desk - 

Should have command in international ticketing along with Geography knowledge (Global Indicator) 

Hands-on experience with systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo

Provide international airfare quotations and fare solutions for corporate travel requests. 

 Research, compare, and recommend the most cost-effective routing and fare options. 

 Validate fare rules, ticketing restrictions, penalties, and airline policies. 

Manage net fares, published fares, negotiated fares, and special promotional fares. 

Monitor fare updates and industry changes impacting global travel pricing. 

Ensure adherence to client travel policies and service-level agreements (SLAs). 

Maintain accurate documentation and records of fare calculations and quotations. 

Assist with quality audits and process improvement initiatives.

Ensuring accuracy in bookings, passenger details, and itinerary management.

Qualifications

Graduate in any stream Minimum of 6 months of quality experience within / outside EXL (QCA)
