The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring specialized talent within the digital marketing space. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of building robust talent pipelines, managing recruitment processes efficiently, and leading a team of recruiters.

As a Senior Digital Recruiter and Team Lead, you will be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition strategy for both niche digital roles and essential support functions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality candidates within agreed-upon timelines. Your expertise in digital marketing profiles, including SEO, PPC, SEM, outreach, guest posting, link building, and off-page SEO, will be crucial for success.

This is a full-time, in-office position within a 5.5-day working week. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for digital marketing roles (SEO, PPC, SEM, outreach, guest posting, link building, off-page SEO).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions, meeting or exceeding target time-to-hire.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skill evaluations.
• Extend and negotiate job offers.
• Support hiring for various business functions including sales, marketing, accounts, and business development.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital recruitment.
• First and Third Saturday will be fixed off. Other Saturdays are working
