Skills

 Agile/Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, CBAP, ECBA, or equivalent) will be an advantage.

 Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio, Draw.io, or similar.

 Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

 Strong business process modeling and workflow design expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

 Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.

 Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User

Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.

 Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

 Conduct feasibility studies, impact analysis, and solution assessments.

 Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA Teams, and Product Owners to ensure successful

project delivery.

 Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project discussions.

 Define project scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria.

 Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business requirements are met.

 Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

 Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices.

 Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and business analysis methodologies.

Requirements

 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Service/Product-based organizations.

 Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

 Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, and Process Flow Diagrams.

 Experience working with ERP, WMS, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Applications will be

preferred.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

 Experience in project coordination and client interaction.

 Understanding of databases, APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
