As a Senior Associate in Workforce Solutions - Rewards, you will engage with clients to analyze their reward and benefits strategies, design competitive compensation structures, and develop attractive benefits packages. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organizational development. You will work closely with clients to optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams. You will develop deliverables within client service engagements, using your understanding of the firm's methodologies and technology resources. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and mentor Associates and other junior team members. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support clients in overcoming transformation challenges by developing compensation strategies through analysis of industry benchmarks, company policies, and employee performance. You will also prepare job architecture frameworks, executive pay packages, and incentives design, while engaging with client leadership to translate workforce insights into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to develop comprehensive compensation strategies and solutions
• Designing competitive and equitable compensation structures and benefits packages
• Interpreting market and organizational data to assess the impact of rewards decisions
• Developing global guidelines and methodologies that align with business strategies
• Engaging with client leadership to translate workforce insights into actionable recommendations
• Leading business data evaluation to draw conclusions and develop insightful rewards strategies
• Identifying and tracking key risks, project KPIs, and opportunities for project planning
• Assisting practice leadership with client proposals and thought leadership initiatives
• Benchmarking client data using market compensation survey databases
• Utilizing analytical tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBi for data analysis and reporting
• Managing tasks in a fast-paced and flexible environment to support client needs
• Collaborating within a team setting to foster efficient and innovative ways of working
  
  

• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Rewards Specialized certifications preferred
• Excelling in compensation plan design and analysis
• Experience in Global Compensation/Total Rewards Managemen
• Working knowledge of analytical tools like Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBi
• Demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Supporting engagement manager in delivering client needs
• Demonstrating capability to work independently and collaboratively
• Fostering efficient and innovative ways of working
• Possessing Rewards Specialized certifications
