As a Senior Associate - Enterprise & Functional Strategy – Marketing Strategy, you will lead impactful strategy engagements for clients across Consumer Markets and other industries, helping them redefine their marketing ambitions and sharpen competitive positioning. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will craft enterprise-wide marketing strategies that align with broader business objectives, unlocking new avenues for growth and establishing clear market differentiation. You will design Target Operating Models to restructure marketing functions for scalable delivery, and develop Go-To-Market frameworks that prioritize audience segmentation and activation planning.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and mentor junior team members, maintaining professional standards while building meaningful client relationships. You will navigate ambiguity, using critical thinking to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate closely with C-suite and senior client stakeholders, driving thought leadership and growing a distinctive capability at the heart of consumer-led transformation. Responsibilities

• Leading complex strategy engagements for clients across various industries, focusing on marketing transformation
• Developing and implementing enterprise-wide marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth
• Crafting brand strategies to establish market differentiation and enhance long-term brand value
• Designing target operating models to optimize marketing functions, governance, and resource allocation
• Building go-to-market frameworks, including audience segmentation and channel prioritization
• Advising clients on leveraging customer data strategies and MarTech ecosystems for competitive advantage
• Collaborating with C-suite and senior stakeholders to shape marketing strategy propositions
• Conducting market research and stakeholder analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing performance
• Utilizing data analysis and visualization tools to generate insights and support strategic recommendations
• Managing and mentoring delivery teams to achieve project objectives and maintain professional standards
  
  

• At least a Master in Business Administration's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
