WSO & RECONCILIATION SPECIALIST
Executive Opportunity Overview
Role Summary
- Lead WSO loan booking, trade operations and reconciliations within a complex private credit environment.
- Support implementation and ongoing operation of a reconciliation platform such as Duco.
- Partner with fund operations, counterparties and stakeholders to resolve breaks and ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Book loans, rollovers, drawdowns, repayments, fees, interest and PIK accruals in WSO.
- Validate lender-of-record positions and aggregate portfolio level bookings.
- Perform cash, position and accrued interest reconciliations.
- Investigate reconciliation breaks and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Support reconciliation tool implementation, testing and parallel runs.
- Manage daily exception tracking and stakeholder communication.

- Senior Loans, Senior Term Facilities, Unitranche, Second Lien, Term Loans.
- ACF, RCF, ABF, Acquisition Facilities, Incremental Facilities and related products.
Required Experience
- Strong Wall Street Office (WSO) booking experience.
- 3+ years in Private Credit, Loan Operations, Asset Servicing or Fund Operations.
- Hands-on experience with cash and position reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Duco, SmartStream or other reconciliation platforms.
- Luxembourg fund structures and private debt operations.
