Executive Opportunity Overview

Role Summary

• Lead WSO loan booking, trade operations and reconciliations within a complex private credit environment.
• Support implementation and ongoing operation of a reconciliation platform such as Duco.
• Partner with fund operations, counterparties and stakeholders to resolve breaks and ensure data integrity.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Book loans, rollovers, drawdowns, repayments, fees, interest and PIK accruals in WSO.
• Validate lender-of-record positions and aggregate portfolio level bookings.
• Perform cash, position and accrued interest reconciliations.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Support reconciliation tool implementation, testing and parallel runs.
• Manage daily exception tracking and stakeholder communication.
  
  

Products & Facilities

• Senior Loans, Senior Term Facilities, Unitranche, Second Lien, Term Loans.
• ACF, RCF, ABF, Acquisition Facilities, Incremental Facilities and related products.
  
  

Required Experience

• Strong Wall Street Office (WSO) booking experience.
• 3+ years in Private Credit, Loan Operations, Asset Servicing or Fund Operations.
• Hands-on experience with cash and position reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Duco, SmartStream or other reconciliation platforms.
• Luxembourg fund structures and private debt operations.
