Job Description

Fluor’s Advanced Technologies & Life Sciences (ATLS) Group is seeking a Senior Architect to spearhead architectural design leadership across Engineering, Proposals, and Business Development initiatives. This senior role is critical in shaping project strategies, developing winning proposals, executing projects while driving design excellence, and serving as the focal point of contact for Architectural work.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Pharmaceutical, Data Center, or Semiconductor projects and demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client-facing capabilities. This role requires maturity and confidence to engage with business line leadership and influence key architectural decisions.

Basic Job Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of architectural experience, preferably in EPC/engineering consulting environments.
• Strong background in Pharma, Data Center, or Semiconductor facility architecture (at least one is mandatory).
• Proven experience leading large architectural teams and managing complex, high-technology projects.
• Demonstrated success in supporting major proposals and client-facing technical presentations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional engineering, BD, and project management teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional registration is an added advantage.

• Advanced knowledge of discipline codes and standards, commercial availability and cost of materials, means and methods of construction
• Effort-hour estimating and staff forecasting
• Managing and leading a large project
• Project set-up, developing control-level schedules, progress reporting, and project close-out
• Practical field experience
• Professional architectural registration
• Membership and active participation in external technical society
• Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet and electronic presentation programs
• Ability to use discipline specific software may be required
