Profile

An experienced healthcare research professional with expertise in conducting and managing systematic literature reviews and evidence synthesis projects.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong expertise in designing, planning, and executing systematic review studies in healthcare.
• Advanced experience with PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Ovid platforms.
• Expertise in developing search strategies, screening studies, data extraction, and evidence synthesis.
• Experience conducting quality assessments and meta-analyses.
• Proficiency in EndNote, Reference Manager, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience reviewing and mentoring junior team members.
  
  

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of systematic review protocols.
• Develop comprehensive search strategies for epidemiological, clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence reviews.
• Independently conduct and oversee systematic and targeted literature reviews.
• Manage study screening, data extraction, quality assessment, and evidence synthesis activities.
• Conduct and interpret meta-analyses where applicable.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports, evidence summaries, and client-ready deliverables.
• Provide guidance and quality review support to junior analysts.
• Participate in client meetings, manage queries, and support project delivery.
• Contribute to publications, abstracts, and thought leadership initiatives.
  
  

Educational Qualification

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / PhD
  
  

Typical Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in systematic/targeted literature reviews for B.Pharm/M.Pharm candidates.
• 0–1 year of industry experience for PhD candidates with substantial SLR experience gained during their doctoral research.
• Demonstrated experience in independently managing literature review projects and client interactions.
• Desirable: Publications, manuscripts, conference abstracts, poster presentations, or meta-analysis experience.
