Senior Analyst - MIS

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Analyst - MIS to support business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and dashboard management. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in data handling, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools, with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Prepare, maintain, and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Develop and manage reports using Advanced Excel.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and databases.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards for management reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor key business metrics and support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of data concepts, data structures, and data management practices.
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation, automation).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large datasets and business reporting.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
