The Senior Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) Functional Consultant supports the design, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions. The role partners with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure systems operate efficiently. This position emphasizes collaboration, user enablement, continuous learning, and alignment with best‑practice enterprise standards.
Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&SCM features, workflows, and integrations.
Conduct business process mapping, fit‑gap analysis, and recommend improvements.
Develop and execute testing plans including functional, system, and UAT cycles.
Deliver end‑user training, documentation, and post‑implementation support.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and maintain project documentation.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and system optimization.
Provide expert guidance on Dynamics 365 best practices and solution capabilities.

Education & Work Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of related experience
Education & Work Preferences
Experience with system implementation lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.
Experience with Azure DevOps for development lifecycle management.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security model including role‑based and field‑level security.
Familiarity with master planning, warehouse management, procurement, and product information management.
Experience in large, global enterprise environments and multi‑team collaboration.
