We are seeking an Senior Analyst to support the development of next-generation analytics capabilities within the AENB HQ Data, Analytics & Reporting team, focused on the Risk & Compliance domain.

This role will contribute to building scalable data solutions, modern reporting capabilities, and AI-driven analytics to enhance decision-making, improve data quality, and support enterprise risk management. The role will also act as a connector across teams, bringing in innovative ideas and AI-driven approaches to scale analytics capabilities.

Shift Time - 3:30 PM - 12 midnight

Responsibilities

  • Collect, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources to support reporting, analytics, and AI use cases
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, delivering clear and actionable insights
  • Build and support ETL/data pipelines across structured and semi-structured data sources
  • Contribute to the development of AI-enabled analytics solutions, including:
    • Data quality monitoring and anomaly detection
    • Insight generation and summarization
    • Natural language interaction with data
  • Work with enterprise data platforms (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, BigQuery) to manage and transform data efficiently
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through validation and quality checks
  • Identify trends and insights to support business and risk management decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Python for data processing
  • Experience building and supporting data pipelines (ETL) and working with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, BigQuery)
  • Experience building dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI concepts or tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Exposure to AI/GenAI tools and frameworks and interest in applying AI to analytics and reporting use cases
  • Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics workflows
  • Familiarity with Risk & Compliance domains (e.g., Issue Management, RCSA, ORE) and/or GRC platforms such as Archer or ServiceNow
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and bring in innovative ideas to enhance solutions
