Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join our in-house core development team. This is a lead technical role responsible for designing and building AI-powered business applications - from solution architecture to production deployment. You will lead the development of products and the integration of AI/ML/GenAI capabilities into enterprise products across Safety, Operations, HR, Finance, and MIS domains.

You will own the solution design, technical direction, and delivery quality for high-impact AI projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build full stack applications (frontend + backend + database + AI layer)
• Own technical decisions: framework selection, architecture patterns, build vs buy recommendations
• Build and optimize GenAI integration layers:
• RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, AI agents, prompt engineering, embeddings
• Ensure architectural consistency across the application portfolio
• Mentor and guide developers in the in-house and support teams
• Collaborate with business/functional SMEs to translate requirements into AI-enabled solutions
• Own code quality, reviews, and technical governance for projects delivered under the team
  

• Full Stack Development (Must Have)
• Strong backend skills: Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js or .NET Core
• Frontend experience: React / Angular / Flutter (any one)
• REST API design, microservices patterns, async processing
• Experience building production-grade, customer/user-facing applications
• Database & Data Engineering
• Strong SQL skills - schema design, query optimization, stored procedures
• Experience integrating with enterprise data sources (SAP, APIs, file systems)
• Architecture & Leadership
• Ability to make architecture decisions and document them
• Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior developers
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery quality
• AI/ML/GenAI (Must Have)
• Strong hands-on experience with LLM/GenAI integration (Azure OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)
• Experience building RAG pipelines, working with vector databases, and prompt engineering
  
  

• .NET (C#) and/or Flutter experience
• Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, AI Services, Azure AI Search)
• CI/CD pipelines, Docker, basic DevOps
• Experience in energy / infrastructure / regulated industries
