• Zippee is looking for a Senior Accounts Manager to oversee auditing, accounting operations, and statutory compliance. The role involves managing ESIC & PF compliance, MSME filings, TDS and GST returns, e-way bills, invoicing, and Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM), ensuring accurate financial records and timely regulatory filings.
• This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding environment. We move fast, set a high bar, and we're not for everyone.
• This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.
• Laptop is mandatory. This role follows a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy
  
  

• Auditing: Conduct regular audits, verify financial records, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Payroll Compliance: Handle payroll-related statutory compliance, including ESIC and Provident Fund (PF) calculations, filings, payments, and returns.
• MSME Compliance: Manage MSME-related return filing and ensure timely submission of applicable returns.
• TDS Compliance: Handle TDS return filing, ensure timely compliance, maintain records, and monitor statutory due dates.
• GST & ISD Compliance: Manage GST return filings, including Input Service Distributor (ISD) returns
• E-Way Bill & Invoicing: Generate and manage e-way bills, prepare invoices, and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM): Ensure proper identification, calculation, reporting, and payment of GST under the Reverse Charge Mechanism.
• Statutory Compliance: Maintain compliance calendars, track filing deadlines, and ensure timely completion of all applicable statutory obligations.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management with a specialisation in Finance and Accounting
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in finance & accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ESIC, PF, MSME and other statutory compliance requirements.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and Tally.
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.
