Position: Seed Production Incharge

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

‣ Minimum 4 years of experience in seed production.

‣ M.Sc. Agriculture (Plant Breeding & Genetics) and/or Seed Technology preferred.

‣ Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

‣ Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.

‣ Willingness to travel across states where seed production activities are conducted.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

‣ Manage certified seed production and processing operations.

‣ Ensure seed quality standards and quality control procedures.

‣ Provide technical guidance and training to field teams.

‣ Coordinate with internal teams and production partners.

‣ Maintain reports, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

‣ Support seed marketing and operational planning.
