Primary Responsibilities:

• Security Master Data Management – Setup, maintenance, and governance of security master data.
• Private Debt & Fixed Income Expertise – Understanding of private debt instruments, deal structures, and attributes.
• Data Quality & Data Governance – Ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity of data.
• Reference Data Management – Managing security attributes, data dictionaries, and data standards.
• Financial Statement & Credit Analysis – Knowledge of financial statements and credit agreements related to debt instruments.
• Stakeholder Management & Collaboration – Working closely with investment, operations, finance, risk, compliance, and technology teams.
• Analytical Problem-Solving – Data reconciliation, issue resolution, quality monitoring, and process improvement.

• The role focuses on private debt markets , with responsibility for managing, maintaining, and enhancing security master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across investment operations.
• Candidates should be able to oversee security setup, control data quality, maintain data dictionaries, develop KPIs, conduct audits, and resolve data-related issues proactively.
• The position requires close collaboration with investment, finance, operations, risk, compliance, reporting, and technology teams to ensure security data accurately reflects deal structures and reporting requirements.
• Strong understanding of private debt instruments, financial statements, and credit agreements is essential.
