Summary:

As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating resources and aligning efforts with global delivery standards. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, and utilizing available tools and assets to meet client expectations. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and address any challenges that arise, ensuring seamless integration of security solutions within the organizational framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and delivery standards.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ForgeRock Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues related to access management.
• Familiarity with integration of ForgeRock Access Management with various enterprise systems and applications.
• Skilled in managing security configurations, policies, and workflows within access management platforms.
  
  
  

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ForgeRock Access Management.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
