Scripting Executive

Your primary role:

The Executive Scripting role will report into The Scripting Manager position. The role will involve working on the live projects as scripter, support the Scripting Manager to collaborate with Research and Project Management stakeholders to define the best practice and establish processes for scripting and data processing within the business This will include:

• Review questionnaires for scripting feasibility and flag potential issues.
• Strong understanding of survey logic, variables, and questionnaire structures.
• Scripting and programming medium complexity online surveys using the Confirmit platform, incorporating logic, custom routing, and question validation to ensure seamless user experience and data accuracy
• Conducting rigorous testing of surveys before launch, identifying and resolving any programming or logic errors to ensure data integrity and smooth respondent experience
• Implement complex logic, routing, masking, randomization, validations, and loop structures
• Liaising with leads in the Team, advising on best practice, and assisting with problem solving
  
  

About You…

Your skills and experience:

• Having 2+ years’ experience in scripting role within a market research agency (ideally healthcare but can be other market research sectors)
• Proficiency in using Confirmit’s scripting platform, including authoring, logic implementation, and deployment
• Solid understanding of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing survey functionality and layout
• Experience working with survey data formats (e.g., XML, CSV), as well as knowledge of relational databases and data structure management.
• Understanding of quantitative research methodologies, questionnaire structures, and healthcare market research best practices.
• Demonstrable experience of working with senior members
• Problem-solving skills (particularly relating to situations requiring analytical judgement and establishing best practice solutions)
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong communication skills, particularly in the ability to explain technical points to non-technical people in an international environment
• High attention to detail and quality orientation.
