Consistently strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations that clearly articulate product benefits and solutions.
Manage the entire lead conversion process, from initial contact to final agreement, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Maintain high standards of verbal communication to represent the company brand effectively during all interactions.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
Proven ability in customer relationship management and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing performance metrics.
Strong active listening capabilities paired with effective objection handling techniques.
Exceptional verbal communication skills, specifically at a C1 proficiency level.
High level of confidence and strong interpersonal skills for engaging diverse clients.
Specific experience in voice-based sales, customer interaction, and lead conversion strategies.
