Position Summary

The Sales Development Supervisor is a senior-level sales development professional responsible for driving personal pipeline generation while providing leadership, coaching, operational guidance, and performance support for Sales Development Associates. This role serves as a player-coach within the Enterprise Sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of successful sales development, business development, or inside sales experience.
• Demonstrated history of pipeline generation and quota attainment.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, onboarding, or leading team members preferred.
