Facilitate the restoration of services to the production environment. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures. Support data retention practices to ensure compliance and efficiency. HERES WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support. It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills. Bachelors Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in Customer Service. Beginner proficiency in Technical Troubleshooting. Advanced proficiency in Communication Skills. Intermediate proficiency in Problem Solving. Beginner proficiency in Time Management.
