Role Summary

Job Description – RPA IT Support & Power Platform Operations

Responsible for providing end-to-end IT and platform support for RPA and Microsoft Power Platform across production and non-production environments. Ensures infrastructure readiness, secure access, smooth solution deployments, and operational stability. Acts as a key coordination point across Infrastructure, IAM, Security, HR, Vendor teams, and Microsoft Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Platform components including Power Automate (Cloud Flows & PAD), Dataverse, and Microsoft Azure services.
• Handle solution deployment and import issues, including investigation and resolution of environment-level conflicts.
• Perform proactive platform health checks with Microsoft during frequent or large production deployments.
• Investigate flow failures and connector errors (for example, permission-related or Forbidden errors) and coordinate resolution.
• Coordinate DLP exception reviews and approvals to enable automation requirements.
• Manage RPA VM build, configuration, DNS mapping, and end-to-end readiness for automation workloads.
• Track and follow up on GVM vulnerability scans and ensure security compliance before production usage.
• Manage BOT account lifecycle including account creation, access management, and email enablement.
• Support HR record creation and HR–BOT account mapping, including approval coordination.
• Provide production incident support, including status updates, coordination calls, and investigation tracking.
• Act as a single point of coordination between delivery teams, infrastructure, security, vendors, and Microsoft support.
• Install and configure applications based on approved requests and defined requirements.
