Reservation Executive

About The Role

As a Reservation Executive at Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90, an IHG Hotel, you will play an important role in creating a seamless booking experience for our guests. You will be responsible for handling room reservations, responding to guest enquiries, maintaining accurate booking information, and supporting the hotel’s revenue objectives while delivering warm, efficient, and personalised service in line with IHG’s True Hospitality philosophy.

What You''ll Do

• Handle individual and group room reservations through telephone, email, and online channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries regarding room availability, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
• Ensure all reservations are accurately entered and maintained in the hotel’s reservation system.
• Communicate booking details, special requests, amendments, and cancellations to the relevant departments.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management teams to ensure smooth reservation operations.
• Support room revenue optimisation by following rate strategies, upselling opportunities, and hotel reservation procedures.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure compliance with hotel standards and brand guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating guest needs and ensuring a positive booking experience.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A graduate or diploma holder in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in hotel reservations or a customer-service-oriented role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel reservation systems and online booking channels.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple enquiries.
• A professional, proactive, and service-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality.
