Job Description

The Representative Talent Acquisition ensures that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to support recruiting activities.

Role And Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and other channels
• Conduct initial HR screenings and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• Support offer rollout and onboarding activities
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  
  

Key Skills And Knowledge

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (2025/2026 Pass-outs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and hiring lifecycles
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good analytical and coordination skills

MBAHR Freshers Graduate
