We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to help us expand our business in India and the Middle East, as well as other strategic global markets. This role leads marketing strategy and execution in the two regions with the goal of driving brand awareness and demand generation. The position adapts global strategies for regional relevance, identifies region-specific opportunities for growth, and strengthens our brand in these key markets through integrated, data-driven marketing initiatives and content marketing campaigns. This role is a member of the marketing team and partners closely with Sales, Editorial, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure programs are focused, measurable, and aligned to business priorities.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy for India and the Middle East, ensuring alignment with global objectives and tailoring approaches for cultural and market-specific needs.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and local events to increase brand visibility and generate qualified institutional leads.
• Develop a B2B lead-nurture communications strategy for the two regions.
• Develop and execute content marketing initiatives that engage target audiences, raise awareness and drive demand.
• Leverage data and external trends to create compelling narratives and support lead generation.
• Conceptualize and develop marketing material and sales collateral specific to the needs of initiatives in India and the Middle East.
• Track, report, and analyze results. Generate actionable insights to optimize marketing investments, improve ROI, and inform ongoing campaign development.
• Partner with the sales team to design and execute small, curated field experiences (e.g., preconference dinners, roundtables, private gatherings) to drive demand and engagement.
• Represent the company in local events alongside the sales team by participating in conferences and other local events.
• Manage various stakeholders and prioritize activities based on the needs of the business and impact of programs.
• Present and lead conversations about programs, issues, solutions, and strategy to senior leaders.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Significant experience (7+ years) in B2B marketing roles supporting India and/or Middle East
• Ability to localize global brand messaging and translate market insights into actionable
• Strong project management skills. Can prioritize, coordinate stakeholders, and drive execution independently.
• Excellent copywriting skills and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with building marketing collateral
• Strong digital marketing capabilities in areas such as paid media, CRM, marketing
• Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence and align undefined Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce or similar marketing tools and technology
• Experience collaborating across matrixed teams and managing external agencies, vendors
• Fluency in English. Arabic and other regional languages are a plus.
