Here is your chance to lead maintenance for our Delhi PC as part of our Project & Maintenance team, keeping the equipment, machinery and infrastructure behind India’s leading D2C fresh meat and seafood brand running safely, reliably and without downtime.

What makes the role meaty?

1. Maintenance Operations and Team

• Leadership Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance department at the Delhi PC.
• Supervise and lead maintenance technicians and staff, setting clear responsibilities and standards.
• Provide training and development for maintenance staff to build technical capability.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimise downtime and protect uninterrupted production

2. Maintenance Planning, Inspections and Repairs

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for equipment, machinery and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to diagnose issues early.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities, ensuring prompt and effective repairs.
• Prolong the lifespan of assets through consistent upkeep and a sound preventive maintenance approach.

3. Safety, Compliance and Maintenance Policy

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all maintenance activities.
• Establish and enforce maintenance policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities for traceability and audit readiness.

4. Budgets, Inventory and Vendor Management

• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets.
• Manage inventories of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Communicate and coordinate with contractors, vendors and service providers.

5. Performance Reporting and Continuous Improvement

• Analyse and report on maintenance performance metrics.
• Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives in line with sustainability practices.
• Participate in strategic planning for facility and equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with other departments on maintenance projects.

We hope that you have..

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role.
• Food or FMCG industry background with hands-on factory (plant) maintenance experience is a must.
• Proven experience in supervising and leading a maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, equipment and procedures.
• Excellent understanding of safety and regulatory compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Proficiency in monitoring and managing maintenance budgets.
• Ability to coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities effectively, and to respond to emergency requests promptly.
• Ability to analyse maintenance performance data and generate reports.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory effectively.
• Experience in strategic planning for facility and equipment upgrades.
• Knowledge of energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and solid organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
