Required Years Of Experience
- 3 to 6 years of enterprise sales experience.
- Experience selling to C-level executives.
- Experience in HR solutions, HRMS/ATS/Assessmnets/LMS/AI Interview Applications
- Preferable experience in selling across Asia
- Ability to create and develop sales strategies.
- Strong technical skills proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and Outlook, Power Point, Sales Navigator and CRM.

About The Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced sales professional to lead enterprise accounts for clients. This role will be a part of highly energized team and depending on engagements you will wear different hats ranging from driving B2B sales strategy to growing revenue, wowing our clients, managing mid to large enterprise accounts to bringing in sales.
Account Growth
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Identify new business opportunities within target new enterprise prospects
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Talent Assessments to existing HR Advisory clients.
- Develop account growth strategies with a focus on large and mid level enterprise accounts
- Build a strong pipeline of potential opportunities
- Lead solution shaping, proposal development, and deal negotiation to close complex, multi‑service engagements.
Mapping And Relationship Building
- Identify and map out key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, including relevant CXOs. Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs to understand their strategic goals and align HR solutions with their objectives.
Business Health Oversight
- Maintain real‑time visibility of the sales pipeline; establish cadence and dashboards that ensure regional alignment, forecast accuracy, and strategic clarity.
- Partner with finance/operations to track bookings, revenue, margin, and sales cycle metrics; identify risks and corrective actions.
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate to develop and execute strategic account plans
- Identify critical industry trends by country and identify talent assessment solutions
Market Research
- Stay updated on latest industry trends, innovations, and market developments to provide informed insights to clients.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
Skills/Competencies Required
- Excellent business communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in hunting and new logo acquisition, specifically in B2B enterprise sales.
- Ability to drive conversations and engage CXO audience.
- Experience selling into large organizations.
- Ability to work independently and on a team across multiple interventions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Willingness to stretch.
- Openness to travel
