YOUR TASKS

• Carrying out quality tasks in production with regard to customer complaint, management and auditing as well as professional and technical correct application of production-related quality tools and methods
• Implementation and advance development of the product and process standards required by the QM system
• Steering of Q-improvement projects on the basis of improvement plans as well as supporting the process planner / engineers in projects with new products and facilities
• Participating in determining test procedures and methods as well as capturing and evaluating test results to ensure product quality on the basis of existing documents
• Basic Functions & Usage of Electronic Components in Electronic Circuit
• Ability to solve issue related to EOL Failures products & to use Measuring Instruments (Electronics) for analysis
• Complete understanding of Datasheets of Electronic Components
• Responsible & accountable for product quality- related activities necessary to ensure both customer satisfaction and Hella product objectives are met
• Support recurring cross functional quality meetings and hold stakeholders accountable for meeting program deliverables
• Review and approve all Quality planning documentation (FMEA, CTQs, SW QA Plan etc.) for new model programs in support of program milestones
• Perform audits & assessments in order to: a) assess the existing capability and process compliance, b) confirm integrity of overall systems and processes per Auto Spice and/or IATF 16949 requirements c) assess readiness for launch including safe launch activities
• Actively participate in development and quality reviews, including feedback from customer / system testing teams, to develop and drive quality improvement roadmaps
• Take initiative to identify, design, implement and administer processes or process improvements in order to improve the consistency of Quality activities internally, meeting customer requirements
• Closely monitor and review the project deliverables for conformity to project scope, adherence to customer specifications and other regulations
• Understand and maintain compliance with local and global Hella policies and procedures
• Conduct or Facilitate Training programs on Quality Standards / Processes / Process Improvements
• Communicate Quality issues to responsible stakeholders to maintain customer quality requirements
• Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management
• Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members in series production, agreement with Test Lab & QAD
• Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
• Isolate, replicate and report defects and verify defect fixes
  
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Graduate in Electronics (BE/Btech-Electronics) & Experience – Minimum 2-3 years
• Basic Knowledge of Electronic Components: - Theoretically & Practically
