Trak N Tell is hiring a strong and experienced Quality Head for its Automotive Electronics Manufacturing operations in Gurugram.

• Position: Quality Head

• Experience: 20–25 Years

• Location: Gurugram

• Industry: Automotive Electronics Manufacturing

• Budget: ₹24–30 LPA

• Work Mode: 6 Days | Work From Office

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days only

• Age: Maximum 55 Years

• Interview: 2 Virtual Rounds + Final F2F Round – Mandatory

? Mandatory Technical Experience

• SMT / Surface Mount Technology experience

• Automotive Electronics Manufacturing

• OEM Customer Quality Management

• Customer Complaint Handling

• Supplier Quality Management

• Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

• Supplier Issue Management

• IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 certified manufacturing environment

• Customer, Supplier & Certification Audits

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Quality functions across Customer Quality, Process Quality, IQC and Supplier Quality

• Manage OEM customer complaints and ensure timely 8D/CAPA closure

• Drive FPY improvement and reduction of rejection/rework

• Lead supplier audits and supplier quality improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements

• Lead internal, external, customer and certification audits

• Develop supplier improvement plans and ensure closure of non-conformities

• Lead and mentor Quality, IQC, Process Quality and Supplier Quality teams

• Define and monitor departmental Quality KPIs

• Drive preventive quality and continuous improvement initiatives
