Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

The role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. This includes managing the testing process by defining and monitoring key performance indicators, facilitating effective communication within the team, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain the overall quality standards of the project.

• Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies applicable to enterprise applications.
• Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies that align with business processes.

• Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing ecosystem integration for seamless delivery.
